Given our small size and considerable appeal, weekend lodging reservations, in particular, are suggested months in advance. Don't let this recommendation stop you from calling with a spur of the moment need to escape. Cancellations do occur.

Guests are required to cancel at least 14 days in advance for cabin reservations and 30 days for condo reservations to avoid being charged for the entirety of their stay.

While they are welcome to send someone else in their place, we have a strict policy of charging persons regardless of the reason for cancellation. Because of our small size, late cancellations would otherwise affect us greatly. If a reservation is made less than fourteen days prior to arrival, it is considered definite and booked in keeping with the cancellation policy described above.
